Not only that but the Owner Efrain is a trainer and helps members who are just starting off in the gym to realize their full potential not only that but the members themselves go out of their way to help those in the gym wether that be with form, technique, spotters, or if you just need a little push they will encourage you by screaming positive words so that you can finish that last rep! I recommend this gym to all ages, the people in the gym are people that will become your friends so that whenever you need a spot you can count on someone being their to help you reach your full potential!
